1 - Can I change my delivery address?

In order to change the delivery address of your parcel, you must contact the transport company's customer service directly and negotiate with them for a correction of the address or a delivery in a relay point. However, it is not common for carriers to accept this change once the delivery is in progress. Note that at Carrierscheck we have no contact with the shipping companies, so it is impossible for us to intervene in a change of delivery address.

2 - What does the "not found" status of my delivery mean?

If when you launch a tracking of your package, the mention "not found" appears, it means that we do not have access to the information concerning your package. It is possible that the tracking number you entered is not correct. To check your tracking number, you should contact the sender. And if you don't know the tracking number at all, contact the seller directly.

If your tracking number is correct we advise you to wait 1 or 2 days after sending your parcel to get the tracking information.

3 - My parcel has still not arrived even though I ordered it more than a month ago.

In the case of an online order from a foreign country, here are the different steps to take for the delivery of your parcel (outside rural areas):

Day 1 to Day 2 : Delivery is accepted.

Day 2 to Day 3 : The parcel is delivered to the export office.

Day 2 to 4 : Administrative procedures related to the export and delivery of the parcel are completed.

The update of the parcel delivery information will only be done when the parcel has reached the import office of the country of the delivery address.

Day 4 to Day 10 : The parcel arrives at the import office.

Day 10 to Day 15 : The administrative procedures concerning the import of the parcel are completed.

Day 15 to Day 30 : The carrier takes charge of the parcel for delivery to the address indicated at the time of the order.

Day 60 : If delivery does not take place and the parcel is considered missing, the sender can request that the parcel be returned.

It is possible to contact the national carrier to obtain more information about your delivery, once the package has arrived in the destination country.
In any case, after sending your package, we advise you to wait 1 or 2 days to start your tracking.

4 - How do I get a refund if I don't receive my package?

Please note that Carrierscheck is not in contact with the sellers at any time. That is why we advise you to contact your seller directly to obtain more information about your order and the conditions for reimbursement in the event of non-receipt of the package.

carrierscheck.com is only a parcel tracking site, i.e. we are not linked to the sellers. We only have the information transmitted by the carrier companies so we are not able to give you more details about your order.
